Invitation to a private, HIPAA-secure patient portal
HIPAA-secure intake forms emailed to you (please complete at least 24 hours before your visit)
Secure link and code to complete the at-home virtual QbCheck test (20 minutes total; first 5 minutes are instructions; no breaks)
Review of your intake forms together during your appointment
Discussion of a personalized treatment plan, which may include holistic options such as GeneSight testing, blood work, and/or medications
Access to a private, secure phone line and 24/7 portal messaging for support
Test Process
Prior to your appointment you will be sent several intake forms and assessments to your email. Please complete them 24 hours before your appointment.
Next, you will be invited to the patient portal, where you will see a special voucher code and link to take the QbCheck virtual test. During the test, a number of symbols are shown on the computer screen. The task is to push the spacebar when a certain symbol appears on the screen. Meanwhile, a web camera uses facial recognition technology to track your movements during the test.
The test takes 15 - 20 minutes to complete (depending on your
age) and is not dependent on your language, reading or
mathematical skills.
The test has to be completed 24 hours before your appointment, or you will be asked to reschedule. A deposit of $300 is due at the time of booking.
Your appointment will be 90 minutes long, be prepared ahead of time to make room in your schedule.
QbCheck is an online ADHD test that objectively measures the three core symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); activity, inattention and impulsivity. Together with other information,
such as rating scales and a clinical interview, QbCheck will help your healthcare provider to assess you for ADHD.
After test completion, a test result is compared with individuals of the same age and gender, who have ADHD and those who do not. QbCheck cannot identify ADHD by itself, but the comparison to the age and
gender matched groups will inform your healthcare provider about the likelihood of ADHD.
